The programing at CrossFit Troika is strategically structured to deliver results. With active coaching and a supportive environment athletes are enabled to maximize their potential, challenge themselves, reach goals, and get results.
A group class divided into segments that include: mobility warmup, specialized strength training, Olympic lifting and body building exercises. Classes may also include calisthenics, body-weight gymnastic movements, core strengthening exercises, short and long distance running.
Movement examples: Snatch, Deadlift, Clean and Jerk, Front Squat, Back Squat, Pull-up, Ring Dips, etc.
TROIKA FIT BOOTCAMP
Circuit training group class with light weight and equipment. Classes are designed to build strength and endurance by maintaining high intensity for long durations with short breaks in between.
Movement Examples: Sit-up, Push-up, Sprint, Lunges, Squats, etc.
